Every engagement documented here follows the same record: the situation, the constraint that made it hard, what I did, what it measured, and what I’d do differently next time. Operators run retrospectives; I publish mine. Clients are named when they’ve agreed to it; otherwise they’re described specifically enough to be believable and vaguely enough to stay private.
The independent practice is new, and I’d rather this page be short than padded. Engagements are underway and will be documented here as clients approve them — with real numbers, and including what I’d do differently, because a record you can’t be embarrassed by isn’t a record. Until then, the clearest picture of how I work is the approach page, and the fastest way to find out if I can help is to describe the problem.
